The Raya Meriah, Tempat Sempurna Promotion features: a) Self-service free-flow drinks and dessert, subject to product availability. (applicable only for Loud Speaker 2.0 Festival Room) b) Up to 50% discount on event space rental for customers who book and confirm their reservation within the promotional period (actual event date may fall outside the promotional period). c) Complimentary indoor TV screen and outdoor curved screen advertisement on the event day for customers who book and confirm their reservation within the promotional period, on a first-come, first-served basis. d) Complimentary Raya-themed buffet decorations for customers who request a Raya cuisine buffet service (only applicable for buffet service with a minimum of 60 pax). e) Complimentary Raya cookies for event guests during the promotional period. For events held after the promotional period, Raya cookies will be replaced with snacks. The quantity provided will be based on the event group size. f) Up to two (2) complimentary vouchers for each event guests, subject to availability. g) 1 Free valet parking slot: for every five (5) cars that use the valet parking service, get one (1) free. This valet parking service is originally priced at RM25, but event guests enjoy a special rate of RM20 per car.
The Raya Meriah, Tempat Sempurna Promotion features: a) Customers must book and confirm their reservation within the promotional period (14th March 2025 – 29th April 2025), regardless of the actual event date. b) A minimum booking of 3 hours is required for Festival room and a minimum booking of 5 hours is required for GeTai. c) A minimum spend of RM1500, up to RM3000, on food and beverages is required unless a buffet service for at least 60 pax is requested, in which case the minimum spend requirement will be waived.
This promotion is available only at Loud Speaker 2.0 Festival Room and GeTai.
This promotion runs from 14th March 2025 to 29th April 2025.
The promotion is available from Monday to Sunday, excluding public holidays and the eve of public holidays.
The maximum venue capacity is subject to the client’s event setup and requirements. As a guideline, the Festival Room can accommodate up to 50 pax, while the GeTai event space can accommodate up to 150 pax.
Additional charges apply for setup time, unless setup can be completed within the booked hours.
Prices are subject to a 10% Service Charge and 8% Sales and Service Tax (SST) as required by law.
This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
The Management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice and holds final jurisdiction in case of disputes.
