How do before 5PM and after 5PM charges work? What if I come at 4.50PM? Will I be charged on the price before 5PM?

To keep it simple, so long as you come and make payment before 5PM, your price will be before 5PM. Even if you pay for 3 hours starting from 4.50PM you will be charged on the price before 5PM for the 3 hours with maximum singing until 7PM.

Is it room charged or per pax?

All our pricing for Loud Speaker 2.0 is via head charges.

How does the minimum spending package waiving singing charges work?

For the customer to waive singing charges (3 hours of singing time), the customer will have to order the food and beverage to hit the minimum spending amount at the counter OR customer can pay the minimum spending amount directly then can proceed to room and order the food and beverages.

GETAI

Do I need to pay to sing at GeTai?

Customers who wish to enter and sing at GeTai are required to order food or beverages from our menu. After placing an order, simply scan the QR code provided, select your song, and wait for your turn to sing.

MINI STUDIO

Do all the rooms have microphones and headphones?

No, only the DUET ROOM has the headphone, for BAND ROOM and CHOIR ROOM the audio output will be via speakers.

Can I record my singing session?

Good news! The recording feature is now available via the Chop\\Sticks app. After check-in, scan the QR code on the TV using the app, go to Playlist > More > Records, and tap the button to start recording. The recording starts when the button turns red.

Online Reservation?

Online reservations are now available via the Chop\\Sticks app. Simply download the app, select your preferred outlet, date, and time, and book your room directly through the app.

Is there food and beverage?

Yes, we do have food and non-alcoholic beverages for you to choose from.
